hiring for our on-site paid manager training program.
Interested parties are encouraged to apply in teams of
2 to learn rental and maintenance duties. Must be willing
to relocate to one of our 5 training sites in California
and after training relocation to one of our 100+ apartment
communities, also in California. Must have valid drivers
license, current auto insurance, and able to pass civil/credit/criminal
background check. Office and/or maintenance experience
a plus. Affordable housing experience a plus. Must be
self-starters with can-do attitudes. Training wage is
$8.50 per hour for each team member based on a 25 hour
work-week for the rental manager and a 40 hour work-week
for the maintenance manager. Apartment & utilities
are included as additional compensation. Wages are higher
when relocated to permanent property with apartment and
utilities as additional compensation, as well. Health,
